Do You Think You Can Become Psychic?

We have sat with our eyes closed dreaming about things that we perceive may happen. During this, we have a feeling of tranquility and feeling good. We look at the stars and think of the wonder of the universe and where we can foretell what will happen for us and other people in the future. That, when we think again what would it be like to be really become psychic.
This becomes a good starting point for those wishing to investigate psychic matters. There are lots of books about the subject of developing psychic powers, but many appear to get involved in an array of mental exercises and complicated diagrams. Although these suit many people there are natural ways of develop yourself to become psychic. Keep an open mind, and enjoy your exploration in the psychic world.
If you are here at my blog you have already thought about becoming psychic. The first thing in waking up your psychic aptitude is to confess to yourself that you have one. It takes awhile for the subconscious mind to learn to communicate with the conscious mind, and the best way to do this is just to start thinking about it.
If you say to yourself, “I am psychic” each day this reinforces that fact in your mind. Discuss this with whoever is willing. These thoughts give a positive effect on developing your gift. You should read all you can about psychic ability as this helps to wake things up. You need to gain knowledge to get some understanding of how things work. Importantly you become involved in it, buy books and magazines, and look for more information on the Internet. Get acquainted with various approaches and opinions, and start developing your own ideas. Deal head on with what appeals to you, what your mind finds reasonable. If you find things difficult to accept put it aside and deal with it at a later time.
One important thing is “practice”. Set time aside to do this. Settle your mind, play gentle, soothing background music and make yourself relax. Just allow your thoughts to wander. It helps to picture a summery scene, a field or meadow with the sun shining. It is virtually impossible to completely clear the mind, so picture this field and if other pictures enter into your head, attempt to work out what it was. Can you relate them to something or somebody? Do you get a feeling of a forthcoming event?
Most people do not like to practice but it is important in the psychic world. It is about getting used to information coming to you from a different source. The more practice, the easier it becomes. Try pausing before you do something. For example, when the phone rings, wait a few seconds before you answer. Can you think who it is? Try it when someone knocks at your front door. Try it when you are at work or shopping. See if you can tell whether someone is happy, sad or preoccupied?
Ask friends or relatives to let you hold something that belongs to them, such as a ring or keys. Calm your mind and while feeling the item with your hands, try to let a picture come into your mind. It may be very brief at first, but mention it to the items owner anyway and see if they can relate to it. When you first start, the pictures you see are often trivial. It could be something they were thinking of buying, a favorite color or that they missed a bus and were annoyed because of it. If you can, find someone who can be patient and understanding, and take your time. There is no point in trying to force the information to come through. Accept the fact that you are not going to be right at times. The mind has a habit of filling in the blanks when psychic input is not forthcoming, sometimes a little confusing as some of the information that comes through may have no bearing at the time.
One important thing in learning to become psychic, if you do see a picture or get a feeling about something, pursue it. It’s amazing how many people become satisfied with just a little bit of information when there is usually more to be had. It’s great when you get it right, but more difficult is working out why you got it right. Try to remember what it felt like as the vision came into your mind so you can recapture the feeling next time.
Learn to relax, close your eyes for a while, and step back from the world. Create a space for the pictures to arrive. Find a way that works for you. Look for brief pictures that seem to arrive all by themselves. These are things that you were not thinking about. If you manage to get this far, you are making good progress. It is possible, however, to pursue these images further. Ask with your mind about more of what you are seeing.

The Root Chakra

The Root Chakra is represented by the color red and acts as the bodies grounding force that connects us to the energies of the earth. Since the Root Chakra is at the beginning of the energy flow, all the other Chakras rely on your Root Chakra to pass energy through it. Sexuality, stability, security, lust, and obsession are all governed by the Root Chakra. Your gender organs play a major role in your health and spiritual development and you must come to peace with your sexual energies to progress.
Associated with physical identity, oriented to self-preservation. The root Chakra forms our foundation. It represents the element earth, and is therefore related to our survival instincts and to our sense of grounding and connection to our bodies and the physical plane. Ideally the root Chakra brings us health, prosperity, security, and dynamic presence.
How to use our recordings to stimulate your Root Chakra:
When you start listening to our Chakra selections, focus on your lower genital (between your anus and genitals) area. Visualize a red energy spiral extruding to the front of your body. This spiral should start about the size of an egg and grow to the size of a flat baseball as you progress. You should feel and sense the energies flowing in a spiral manner. The feeling should bring along a sense of security and stability and your worries should dissipate. As you stimulate the Root Chakra, you should notice (and
visualize) earthly energy coming from the ground and entering the red spiral. The ground energies may appear as a natural earth color, but when they approach the Chakra spiral, the energy should start blending in and merging with the red energy. As natural earth energy enters your root Chakra, it should slowly and gradually grow.
This lesson is a great start to stimulating your Chakras. Practice it for a few days and in the next article we will progress to the Sacral Chakra. We will learn how to pass energies from the Root Chakra to the Sacral Chakra then to the Solar Plexus.

Mastering Astral Projection

As you probably already know, Astral Projection is the act of separating your inner body from your outer body (the releasing of your spiritual body). In time, we will all be forced to separate our soul from our physical body, and the most important aspect is not to be scared! With these lessons, you may learn how to separate your bodies, and some may just learn principles and techniques but choose to reserve them for later in life and death. Whatever your approach, these lessons should be beneficial to all. (Even though you may not be able to astral project immediately).
In mastering Astral Projection should take it one step at a time. It is a learning process that most cannot master in a short amount of time. It usually takes extensive mind training to achieve results, but with these techniques and this information, this timeline can be cut in a fraction. I also strongly suggest utilizing Astral Projection and Free Flow recordings when doing these exercises. If not use any type of soothing music that will send you into a state of relaxation. The Astral Projection and Free Flow recordings are designed to get you to this deep sense of relaxation in the shortest possible time. Step 1:
The main objective in Mastering Astral Projection is first and foremost reaching a totally relaxed state, letting go of your conscious thoughts, and feeling the vibrations. You will need to lie down and let all your worldly worries and thoughts go. Allow your mind to think freely without intervention. You will need to go deep enough to actually forget you have a physical body.
Suggestions: The above step is just the beginning. If you already have copies of the Astral Projection and Free Flow recordings, use them with this step. Use the Free Flow Recording first, followed by the Astral Recording. Try to loop them or play them back to back without the need to change tracks or disks.
Step 2:
Wait For the Shift or Vibrations. What I mean is, when you get to the stage of forgetting about your physical body, you should feel a vibrational shift. For instance, when you reach this stage, it will feel like your arms and head are misaligned. It’s hard to explain, but I will try. Your physical head and arms haven’t moved, but it feels as if your arms and head are not centered with the rest of your body, and it feels like they are not where they should be while your are in that position. Like a misalignment. This isn’t the only sign, but one of the most common for most people. You may find that there is a more common misalignment for you.
Another giveaway is when your body starts vibrating and it feels as if you sunk down or rose up an inch or two from your body. You haven’t actually left your body yet, but you can feel the binds to the physical body start to loosen. When you reach this stage you are well on the way in mastering astral projection

More Astral Projection Techniques

Please understand that every brain is wired differently, and there is no proven way to guarantee instant Astral Projection. Some astral projection techniques that may work for some may not work for others, and only you have the power to obtain results.
After going through the initial “mastering astral projection” as show in the previous article, you should already understand how to relax and feel a shift of consciousness. Once that stage is reached, you should than wait for the “Separation Point” as described in the last article. As mentioned earlier, some will feel the body vibrate and feel out of place, some will feel lowering or heightening of the body, and others may feel “Out Of Place”. Whatever your re-cursor is, that’s the key moment when you need to progress.
Note: The above steps can most easily be accomplished by first letting your thoughts go, followed by programming the correct Brain Theta Frequencies. I recommend you look at the Astral Free Flow Recordings that are designed perfectly for this exact purpose.
Now comes the most difficult part of actually fully separating yourself. This is by far the hardest part of the process. I have heard many astral projection techniques described, but I can tell you most are assumptions that yield no success. The secret of this step, is you have to find a way to make the total separation happen without forcing it. In a more descriptive view, you need to do something that will result in your body separating without trying to physically separate. I know it sounds confusing, but very few can just decide it’s time to separate and walk out. You need to find your trigger.
One successful astral projection techniques trigger that has been successful for others is once you feel the separation point occur, immediately (but very gradually) convince yourself that the head of your bed is raising. Picture your laying surface as a greased pan, or a slippery surface, and the head of the bed is raising while the foot is staying stationary. As the head of your bed raises, a downward slope slowly forms as your body slowly starts to slide downward towards your feet. (Like a sliding board in a park) As your body slowly slides down, the separation point becomes greater. That is the Goal! You do not need to reach the ground at first, and you do not need immediate results. In fact, if you push too hard, or don’t allow the body to find it’s natural rhythm, it could drastically slow the process down. The key is to extend and expand upon that separation point, an inch at a time.
Remember, the “Separation Trigger” above is only an example and the process must be done while maintaining a Non-Alert state. You may and probably will fail a few times, and your mind may become awake and active from the excitement. When this occurs, it’s best to forget about the process, and return to relaxation before getting up. If your brain becomes alert, shake it off, and clear your mind again, but do not re-attempt to separate at that time. Always remember that force is not the way.
Continue to use these astral projection techniques and you will find separation becomes easier and easier.
